Who processes your data

What we process and why
Through the enquiry form we process the data you give us yourself: your name, e-mail address, a link to your website (if you provide one) and the content of your message.
We use it solely to handle your enquiry and the related communication about a possible collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in follow-up business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For the duration of our discussions and no longer than 1 year from the last communication if no collaboration follows. If we do work together, we keep the data for the duration of the collaboration and then for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting and tax rules).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Messages from the form are delivered by e-mail, so they are technically processed by our hosting and e-mail provider. All data is processed within the EU.
Cookies
This site uses only technical cookies required for it to work. It uses no analytics or marketing cookies, so no consent is needed.
Your rights
- to access your data and learn how it is processed,
- to have inaccurate data corrected,
- to have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”),
- to restrict processing and to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
